You can cancel your additional profiles on your account page at any time. Log in to your account page on our website and head over to "Profiles" in the menu where you can see all of your extra profiles. Click on the pen symbol next to the profile that you want to cancel and then click on "Cancel profile" to deactivate this profile.
The cancelled profile will still have access to BookBeat until the end of the current payment period. After that it will be inactive and you can choose to reactivate it again at any time.
If you want to delete a profile completely, contact our customer support at help@bookbeat.com, and we will help you. Please note that you have to contact us from the registered e-mail address for us to be able to help with your family account.
Please note that you cannot cancel your main profile in this section. To do that you will have to cancel your whole subscription including all extra profiles. You can read more about how to cancel your subscription here.
