As long as you have a main subscription, you can buy extra profiles on your account page for an additional monthly cost per profile you add.

Log in to your account on our website and go to the header "Profiles". Here you will find the "Add profile" section.

Start by entering a name for your new profile here. If the profile is for a child, you can choose "Kids profile" to make it child-friendly and then click "Purchase profile". You will immediately pay the cost for the profile divided by how many days that are left in the current payment period. The exact price will be visible before purchase. After that you pay for your subscription and the profile on the same day every 30 days.

As soon as you have added the profile, your family member can download the BookBeat app, log in with your e-mail address and password and choose their profile upon login.

Please note that adding profiles is not possible during the free trial period. If you are still in the trial period and want to add a profile, you need to switch to a paid subscription first. You can do so on your account page in the "Subscription" sections under "My Account".
