Make sure you go through all the cancellation steps. You will always receive an e-mail with a cancellation confirmation. If you don't get a confirmation, your subscription might not have been cancelled correctly. Please contact us at any time if you need help!

If you cancel your account during your free trial, you will lose access to BookBeat as soon as the account has been cancelled and you will not be able to continue listening or reading in the app. If you have cancelled a paid subscription, you can continue using your remaining hours until the paid period has expired.
