If you want to delete your BookBeat account, you can click here to go to your account page, where you can delete your account. You can also log in to your account page via our website and go to "My data" in the menu.

Deleting data via the account page only works if your subscription has been canceled and the subscription period has expired. If you want to delete your data during an active subscription period, you can contact us at help@bookbeat.com and we will help you.

When you delete your account, all purchased books will be permanently removed (applies to UK & Ireland). Make sure that you do not want to keep them before deleting your account.

If you only want to cancel your subscription but keep your information, you can do so on your account page under "Manage subscription" and then "Cancel subscription".
