I need help logging in to the BookBeat app or website

Logging in with my e-mail address

Open the app on your mobile or tablet or go the website and click "Log in". Log in with the e-mail address and password you used to create your account. If you have extra profiles, they log in with the same credentials as you do.

Please note that you cannot log in with e-mail address and password, if you created your account with Apple or Google. So please use the below information if that is the case.

Logging in if your account was created with Apple or Google

If you have created your account with your Apple or Google account, you might not have a password. In that case, make sure to click log in with Apple or Google. Please note that you can only log in to your account with these options, if you have created your account with them. You might create double accounts by accident, if you use these options without having created your account that way.

If you have created your account with Apple and an anonymised e-mail address, you can find your registered e-mail address by going into your iPhone settings, clicking on your Apple ID and then on "Log in with Apple" -> "BookBeat".

Do you have problems logging in?

Should you experience problems with the website, try to clear your browser cache or try using a different browser.

If you cannot log in due to an incorrect e-mail or password, try to reset your password. You can order a password reset link to your e-mail address here. If you do not receive a password reset link, it is possible your account is not linked to your e-mail address but to Apple or Google. Try the option to log in with Apple or Google on the login page to see if that might be the case.

Logging in without a password

If you know your registered e-mail address, you also have the option to log in without a password. To do this click "Log in without password" on the login page. You will receive an e-mail with a log in link. You need to open this link on the same device that you want to log in with.

Password and login links are valid for 1 hour and can only be used once. After that you will need to order a new link.

If you don't receive an e-mail to reset your password or log in with and none of the above information helps, please contact customer support, and we will try to help you get access to your account.
