Are you in the right place? Gift cards can be redeemed under "Gift card" on the main web page, on your account page under "Gift card", or during registration at the "Payment method" step. Make sure you're not on the "Discount codes & offers" page. If your code isn't 20 digits, it's likely a discount code instead.

Is your gift card valid for this website? Gift cards are only valid for one country or website. You can check the current country in the footer, where you’ll see a flag and country name. Make sure this matches your gift card. If you're unsure which country your gift card is for, check the gift card email for the correct link, or ask the person who gave it to you.

Is your gift card still valid? Gift cards can be redeemed within 12 months of purchase. You’ll find the expiration date in your gift card e-mail.

Typo? Sometimes it's as simple as that! The best way to check is to copy and paste your code. Characters like L and I, or S and 5, often get mixed up.
