Don't worry! If you have got an e-mail that we have not been able to charge you for your subscription, there is no need to panic. We will try again a few times over a period of time and you can keep using your account in the meantime.
Go to the "My Account" page on our website and check your current payment method in the "Payment information" section. If it is out of date or has been removed for security reasons, just register a new payment method. Click here to read more about how you change your payment method.
Once the issue is solved, you can make a new payment attempt yourself. To that press "Pay now" on the "My Account" page.
If you don't understand why we couldn't charge you and nothing is wrong with your registered payment method, wait a few days for the next payment attempt. If this doesn't go through, we will e-mail you again and you can reply to contact us for assistance.
