Gift cards are valid for 12 months and can only be used for the specific product and market for which they were purchased. You can find the expiration date and the included subscription in the gift card e-mail.

You must redeem your gift card no later than the last day of its validity period. Once redeemed, the gift card remains valid until the value has been used up.

You can only use the gift card for the included product and this cannot be changed after purchase. For example, it is not possible to split a 1-month Premium gift card into 2 months of Basic.

The value of the gift card will not change, even if the included product or its terms have changed since it was purchased.

Gift cards are only available for the following markets and have to be bought on the respective website: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
Gift cards are not transferable between markets.
