I verified my student status, but the discount is not visible on my account?

If you have received a positive confirmation of your student status through SheerID, but cannot see the discount added to your account, you might have to manually add the student promo code to your account again. This can happen sometimes, especially if you had to send extra documentation to SheerID to verify your student status.

Log in to your account and then click “Continue to BookBeat” in the confirmation e-mail that you received from SheerID. You do not have to verify your student status again! It is also important that you open the link in the same web browser as the one you used to login into your BookBeat account.
