You start by going to our website. If you are logged in, you can navigate to your account page and redeem your 20-digit gift card code directly under "Gift Cards".
If you are not logged in, you can also go to "Gift Card" in the main menu, click on "Redeem", enter your code there and log in to your account afterwards.
Your subscription to BookBeat will be extended by the number of months that were gifted to you and you get the amount of hours per period that the gift card includes. When your gift card runs out, your subscription continues if it is active and payment will be taken from your previously registered payment method.
Gift cards are only available for the following markets and have to be bought on the respective website: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
Gift cards are not transferable between markets.
