I'm having trouble with the audio player, what should I do?

If you're having trouble with the audio player, try the following fixes.

1. Make sure you have downloaded the most recent version of the app.

2. Close and restart the app

3. If you are streaming the audiobook, make sure you have internet connection. If you want to listen regardless of your connection, we recommend you download the book to listen offline. Tap "Download" to do so.

4. If you are listening to a downloaded book, try removing it and downloading it again.

5. Restart your mobile or tablet.
